The mission of SOHOFLA (Sex Offender Housing of Orlando, Florida) is to provide residential housing for HOP (Housing for Older Persons 55+) who are ex-offenders and sex offenders that agree to abide by the rules, regulations and lease restrictions of the community. We have been assisting inmates with housing needs since 1990.
Our communities have been televised numerous times as a showcase for sex offender housing. We do have tenants
who are not registered sex offenders, but choose to live in our communities because they are such good communities. We are a sex offender community first and foremost, therefore NO CHILDREN are permitted to live on the property.
SOHOFLA offers a shared housing program with rent ranging from $500 - $600 per month depending on the circumstances and if utilities are included. First, last and security deposit is required in advance.
*We do allow offenders under the age of 55 depending on circumstances and at the discretion of management.
